Claude Tag

Claude Tag puts Claude inside Slack as a shared teammate rather than a personal chatbot. You tag @Claude into a channel or thread, hand it a task, and it works through the steps on its own, posting progress where the whole team can see it and redirect it. Anthropic launched it as a research preview on June 23, 2026. It suits teams that already run their work in Slack threads, and Claude Academy has a free course on it.
